Love this floor steamer
I really love this floor steamer. Before I purchased this I had a Hoover hard floor surface cleaner. It dry vacuumed, scrubbed, and vacuumed up the dirty water. It took way too long and I had to continually empty the old dirty water and start over with new soapy water. I have a lot of ceramic floor tiles throughout the house. I now just use this steamer, quick and easy, and only have to fill it originally and then one more time. That takes care of my kitchen, partially my dinning room perimeter (have an 8x10 rug under the table), a long hallway, 2 bathrooms, and part of my master bedroom. The floor is quickly cleaned in 1/4 of the time it took with the Hoover. In the small bathrooms, I do have to use a rag or something close to the walls because I can't seem to get the steamer positioned close enough to them to clean them as well as I would like, but that is the only minus of it. It still beats any other mop or method that I have used in the past, which included getting down on my hands and knees (no more).

its a mop and it works
I am very satisfied with this steamer. It has a nice weight to it so there is no pressure needed on the handle. i use it for a small kitchen and a tiled bathroom. Both of which were extremely dirty (its a bachelor pad) before using the steamer.very few areas needed more than one swipe. Cleans like a dream. Be careful when wearing socks after cleaning floor. Apparently clean floors are slick. who knew? If I had an entire house of hardwood floors I would probly consider something a little more heavy duty (like a maid). I am pretty confident it could handle a whole house as well. The only thing I would have liked to see is a heavier duty handle (I'm a bit of a brute), but since there is really no need to press on it hard this should be a non-issue as well. All in all a good purchase.

Great steamer
it cleans the floors very well but we have tile with grout in-between and it doesn't do a very good job at cleaning that but thats what we expected anyways. very easy to use though and its definitely worth it.
