Best on the market for the money
When I started researching alternatives to my horrendous Shark, the criteria were as follows: Under $75, constant steam (versus pumping or triggers), higher steam temp (Shark only heated to 110 degrees), and not too heavy. The Eureka fit all of these and because I bought a refurbished model I spent less than $60. It arrived quickly and I promptly set it up and plugged it in. I'm 4 weeks from giving birth and I couldn't believe how easily and thoroughly cleaned my textured linoleum floor, and that is no easy feat - I have a toddler, a 100-lb dog, and a husband that's always working on his cars.

EUREKA 313A ENVIRO-STEAMER
It does what it says. I have not owned other brands but have seen the Sharks in stores. This is a well-made product, unlike the Shark. I have only had it two months so can't tell you how it holds up over time with normal use but it does the job it says it does and with minimal mess and preparation. The warming time for water is 30 seconds at the most.

Like most reviews for this also states, you must sweep your floors before steaming or it will just move what is on the floor around. This steamer removes dirt, stains, spills, pet accidents, scuffs but it does not have separate attachments for cleaning grout and will not.

This product is not for use on rugs or carpets. That is the only drawback to me but i have lots of tile and dogs so it gets good use.

For the money and after my EXTENSIVE research, this is the steamer you should own. I also have a EUREKA BOSS vacuum that is excellent. I am very pleased with the quality of all their products (so far)

great product
this item is worth every penny quick easy and it kills bacteria without the nasty bleach or ammonia smell.
